The Hild Folding Overhead Door 45 AFH offers a room saving solution with optimum usage of existing space.

Doorleaf

The door leaf is divided into equal horizontal sections. Theses sections are interconnected with aluminum hinges. Every section is hinged to the outside. Every second section is hinged to the outside. Frames are made out of extruded aluminum profiles with a structural depth of 45 mm. All profiles are interconnected with self-cutting screws through screw channels. Material thickness of the profiles is a minimum of 2mm with additional reinforcements

for parts with exceptional usage. Door fillings are parts with exceptional usage. Door fillings are fixed with PVC- terminal strips on the inside and sealed with a UV-resistant triple-lip-rubber profile on the exterior. All profiles are anodized in natural aluminum color E6/EV1, but may be anodized or power coated according to customer specifications in any desired color.

Door sections

1.   Single glazed fillings

Single glazed filling in acrylic glass.

2.   Double glazed sections

Double glazed filling consists of 2acrolic glass sheets with air pocket. Total thickness is 30mm.

3.   Closed Sections

Completely closed sections are made of 30mm thick polystyrene sandwich panels. Outer and inner sheets made of natural embossed aluminum.

Door leaf guidance

The door leaf is guided with special ball bearing track rollers that are connected to the door leaf with strong, zinc-coated metal fittings. The rollers are guided in galvanized double-steel tracks

Seals

Top & side sections are equipped with nylon brushes for effective and tight sealing

Door-movement

The door movement is effected by an electrical motor via galvanized steel cables and aluminum cable drums. Control with push buttons: Open/Close.
